I am from the GSD list. I love Nevada Barr. Have all her books. She so greatly illustrates such beautiful parts of the U.S. that I feel as if I am there, even if I am right in the middle of Chicago.

You should send all the information you have to your local Ambulance Group and Emergency Hospital they need to be educated on Service Dogs

I do encourage you to write the ambulance corp. Any education you provide will only help “the next person” that needs transport that has a service dog.

My dog likes to bark, at times. She’s gotten much better about it and there is really only one thing we do. When she barks, she is told to go out. We have an attached garage with a doggy door and she has to go out there to bark. It seemed to make her happy and us too. She can bark and what needs barking at and we don’t have to listen. She soon figured what she could and couldn’t bark at. We would praise her for the good and send her out for the bad and learned to tell the difference in her voice most times. It may be worth trying.

tHAT’S NOT so easy as one might wish! Gsd’S are unfortunately (Mand mine fitted the alleged stereotype appears, are notoriously known as “Power Chewers”.

I don’t think it has anything to do with your politics. I’m going to bet that it’s because you used the “c” word in a post. Especially if the list is based in the U.S. Women in the U.S. hate that word. Somehow it has become the worst of all words in the minds of the feminists. Your politics? They probably have no feaking clue what it means to be a republican in Ireland.
